Dwarka is an affluent neighborhood of new delhi in india, it is an up-market and one of the most sought-after residential areas in the city.  It is one of Asia's largest residential neighborhoods and is also referred to as a Sub-City.  It is a well planned neighborhood with robust infrastructure and several urban amenities. The neighborhood offers many parks as well as recreational and cultural attractions for its residents. A second diplomatic enclave is being planned in Dwarka for 39 countries on 34-hectare, after Chanakyapuri. It is named after the legendary Dwaraka Kingdom. Presently 39 Foreign Missions/Embassies and are operating from rented accommodations in South/Central Delhi. Presently the Ministry Of External Affairs is deciding which Countries should be given a priority and they shall announce soon. Dwarka sub-city is emerging as a cultural hub of the south-west Delhi. Most notable among the cultural centers in Dwarka is the Rukmini Dwarkadhish Temple, also known as the ISKCON temple. This temple in the Sector 13 is a center of worship, intellectual deliberations and social interactions. The sub-city has been planned for an environment of convenience which contains essential facilities and services at different levels namely health, education, hotel, safety and security, cultural, and communication etc.

How To Reach Delhi Dwarka.

 

By Road :- Dwarka is very well connected by the roads. Inter state bus terminals (I. S. B. T.) is  operating near sector 23. The basic road network has been planned both to supplement and compliment the metro based system. Two new DTC Bus Depot in Sector 2 and Sector 8 are now open and fully operational.

 

 

 

By Rail :- Dwarka is well connected by the Indian railways networking system. The major station is new delhi station and old delhi railway station is operating here. Train is going daily to others major cities in india.

 

By Air :- The nearest airport is at Gurgaon that is about 10 km away. You can hire taxi, take a metro, bus to reach Dwarka from the airport. The Dwarka metro airport express line which has been build at a cost of 4000 crore cuts travel time between Dwarka and the Airport to about 3 minutes travelling at a speed of 135 km/hour.

Real Estate Dwarka Delhi and NCR.

 

Delhi known as the National Capital Region of India and the Metro City of the Country. The political administration is been expanding beyond the National Capital Region of India going nearly 27 million population of residents. Due to such growth Delhi NCR has become one of the most preferred locations for investments.
