Srinagar is the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is located in the heart of the Kashmir valley and lies on the banks of the Jhelum River. Houseboats are one of the unique charms of Srinagar.  It is well-known for its traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dried fruits. It is founded by Pandava King Ashoka. The city is famous for its nine old bridges, connecting the two parts of the city.

Dal Lake: It is famous for its houseboats and shikaras. The lake is provides a perfect site to enjoying kayaking, swimming, angling, canoeing, water surfing, houseboats and Shikara riding. Fishing is also a good option in Dal Lake.

Nagin Lake:  It is situated in the backdrop of the Dal Lake. Water skiing, boat sailing facilities are available at Nagin Lake.

Gulmarg: It is one of India’s famous hill resorts. It also turns into India’s premier ski resort in winter.  It is historically a favourite haunt of Emperor Jahangir.

Sonamarg: It is lies at the head of the Sindh Valley. Sonamarg is surrounded by colorful mountains and thick pine forest. Sonamarg also serves as a base for the Amarnath yatra from the baltal route.

Pahalgam: Pahalgam, the "Valley of Shepherds". It is a humble village and the base camp for the renowned Amarnath Yatra.

Mughal Garden: The most beautiful feature of Srinagar is the Mughal Gardens with their terraced lawns, cascading fountains and bright flowerbeds, overlooking the panorama of the Dal Lake.
