NBCC plans to sell off commercial, residential projects to raise Rs 600 crore

State-  possessed construction company NBCC is planning to monetise some of its  marketable and domestic  systems across the country to mop up anything close to Rs 600 crore by the end of 2024, a top functionary told Moneycontrol.

  NBCC  lately  vended  nearly 4 lakh square  bases of office space in Nauroji Nagar, South Delhi, for Rs 1,557.51 crore in the 21st transaction for the  trade of  marketable space in the World Trade Centre to six  stab, including HDFC Bank and Petronet LNG.   The company also has  forthcoming real estate  systems across the country worth  further than Rs 1,000 crore(  roughly), the functionary said. 

 It  lately  inked a deal with the Kerala Housing Board for redevelopment works for  roughly Rs 2,000 crore that are likely to be completed within the coming three times, the functionary said. “ We've been  fastening on redevelopment of  marketable and domestic  means in Delhi so far. We now plan to target all metro  metropolises. ”   The company has a ready- to- move- in  design NBCC Square, Rajarhat, Kolkata, spread across 5 acres.

 The  design has base- plus- 15  bottoms of  marketable space spread across an area of sq ft. The  design also has one domestic  palace( ground plus 14  bottoms) with 3BHK units having a total area of sq ft. It aiming for a  profit realisation of nearly Rs 200 crore(  roughly) from the  trade of balance  marketable and domestic units in this  design by March 2024.   In Lucknow, there's a  marketable complex located in Gomti Nagar Extension spread across an area of1.79 acres. This complex consists of two blocks( ground plus four and ground plus six storeys) with a total saleable area of sq ft. The company hopes to collect Rs 115 crore from the deals of balance  force.

This is a  lately completed ready- to- move- in  design, the functionary told Moneycontrol.   The company is also dealing   marketable space at NBCC Imperia in Bhubaneshwar. This  design is spread across an area of5.05 acres and the  profit realisation from this  design is anticipated to touch Rs 290 crore from the  trade of balance  force. The said  design is a ready- to- move- in complex.   NBCC has three land parcels spread across an area of5.11 acres in Jaipur. It plans to construct one domestic and two  marketable  design at these land parcels and expedients to realise close to Rs 900 crore from the  trade of  force, the functionary said.  in Coimbatore, the company is coming up with a domestic  design over one acre of land parcel which is at a  high  position in Krishnaswamy Nagar, Coimbatore. The  design will  correspond of 100 dwelling units spread across an area of sq ft worth Rs 110 crore  trade value, the functionary said.
