The Greater Noida Authority has formed a nine-member committee to resolve builders-buyers issues
There are around 200 societies in Greater Noida and in numerous casing complexes controversies arise between residers and representatives of the builder or apartment proprietor association.
The commission will meet on November 21, December 12 and January 3 coming time for the result of builders ’- buyers ’ issues.
The Greater Noida Authority has formed a nine- member commission to resolve builders- buyers issues. The commission is anticipated to resolve issues likenon-issuance of no expostulation instruments for transfer memorandum by the builder or Association of Allottees( AOA) to the flat buyers, conformation of AOA in the society, transfer of IFMS( Interest-Free conservation Charge) fund of the society among others, officers said.
They said that the commission will meet on November 21, December 12, and January 3 coming time for the result of builders- buyers issues. “ occasionally controversies arise overnon-issuance of NOC for transfer memorandum, occasionally over the conformation of Apartment Owners Association in the society or occasionally overnon-transfer of IFMS finances of the society. These complaints have also started reaching the authorities. To resolve these issues snappily, GNIDA CEO NG Ravi Kumar has constituted a nine- member commission under the chairmanship of ACEO, ” said a GNIDA functionary.
Authority's ACEO Saumya Srivastava has been made the president of this commission. The other eight members include OSD Builders department, general director planning, general director design, general director finance, in- charge legal, director of the builders ’ department and two members nominated from CREDAI. This commission will meet and resolve controversies between residers and representatives of the builder or apartment proprietor association, the functionary said.
Complaints entered from flat buyers and residers will be placed before this commission. Details of the meeting will be participated by the Authority with the homebuyers.
