Yamuna Expressway Authority likely to develop new residential sector near Noida Airport


The sources said the  forthcoming domestic sector is likely to be named Sector 5 and will be close to the  forthcoming Noida International Airport. Nearly 1100 hectare land is likely to be acquired for this purpose.

Keeping in view the strong buyer interest, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority( YEIDA) is likely to develop a new domestic sector near the  forthcoming Jewar  field, people privy to the development said.  For this, the YEIDA has prepared a offer to acquire 1,100 hectares of land and will soon  shoot it to the  quarter administration, they said.  The  title and the  position  The sources said the  forthcoming domestic sector is likely to be named Sector 5 and will be close to the  forthcoming Noida International Airport. The land department of the authority has been instructed to make necessary medications. 

  The land accession process for 1,100 hectares will begin soon and it's likely to be completed by December 2023 or January 2024. After the land is handed over to the authority, the process of developing the domestic sector would start where domestic plots as well as group  casing societies will be developed,

” one of the persons told Moneycontrol.  He said that in the offer prepared by YEIDA, 50 percent of the land would be set away for a scheme of 2,000 domestic plots in the new domestic Sector 5 that will  probably be launched in January- February 2024. Group  casing societies will be developed on the remaining land.  He said that the huge public interest seen in YEIDA's  former domestic plots scheme floated in 2023 will be repeated, given that this new sector will be close to the new  field and also in  propinquity to the Yamuna Expressway that connects Greater Noida with Agra.  Connectivity  YEIDA has also  set plans to  give direct connectivity between Yamuna Expressway and Chola Railway Station in Bulandshahr  quarter through this new sector.  The changes with  respects to addition of the new domestic sector will be integrated into the Master Plan 2041 before  transferring it to the state government for a final nod, the sources said.
